Andrea Boxsley joined our board in 2021. She wants to see people whole and walking in their purpose. She is eager to help impart wisdom, help set goals, and amplify the bigger picture. She enjoys listening to people as they process their thoughts and understand that listening is just as important as guiding.

Andrea serves as Supervisor for the Department of Workforce Development, with the State of Indiana. She leads a team of nineteen associates by helping them in their role and encouraging them daily. She enjoys the opportunity she is given as she is able to help people in the community.

Andrea has always found ways to give to her community. It is a way of life for her. She is a Licensed Minister and knows that most ministry is done outside of the four walls. Andrea is known for not meeting a stranger, especially one that is having a bad day. Andrea has been available to encourage those that spoke other languages than her own but was still able to communicate by the one universal language, the language of love. Andrea’s motto is may your life preach more loudly than your lips and she tries her hardest to live up to those words daily.
Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in both Biblical Studies and Christian Counseling. She also holds several certifications in Project Management and Six Sigma. Currently, Andrea is pursuing a Master's in Christian Counseling and a certification as PMP (Project Management Professional). Andrea wants to use this knowledge to help impart understanding and give guidance within the Body of Christ.
